“Do you kind of want to rise above it, or subsume into this constant flow of creation that is the internet? And I think a lot of these people—the ones who have stopped making work—think that that’s a more authentic position to take: that there is no difference between 4chan and these anonymous kids and these net artists selling in galleries.”
