Oh boy. The new single from Simian Mobile Disco’s third studio LP just aired on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show. Fingers are crossed hoping the rest of the album is this good.
The new joint, Seraphim, blends atmospheric, fuzzy textures and euphoric harmonies with jackin’ acid house rhythms- Yes they can write pop songs; they can also melt 10,000 faces at mega raves on the European festival circuit. The album, Unpatterns, is due out May 14th through Wichita Recordings.
